Description: Developed as a variant of the Water Heaven's Convergence technique, the user transposes the same manipulative properties to their own hair. They are able to extend and increase the volume of their scalp hair while simultaneously directing its movements to attack enemies. This technique functions exactly the same as Water Heaven's Convergence, and requires knowledge of that technique. It maintains the parent technique's weakness to Earth Release and has an added weakness to Fire Release, compared to the parent technique. This technique cannot be used in places where the original technique cannot be used, as such dry and arid environments that completely lack usable water are similarly also detrimental to the user's hair and scalp.
